It took me a long time to wake up and smell the proverbial coffee, however, I did.
Now, 5 years after my divorce, I am being harassed by, not only him, but his wife too.
I have saved every text message the both of them have sent today, harassing me.
It seems my ex is in a bad way, and feels the need to belittle me, and tell half-truths about
affairs of our life together. In my opinion, I don't think about "our lives" together, neither should they.
I know my life has moved on, and actually hoped that both of them had moved on. Being grown-up about
the whole situation is the only nice thing to do for our children that are involved.
He is a very bitter old man. One that I know is narcissistic.
Ah, there's the problem.
I know one of his traits due to being married to him for so long, and it does have mental attributes.
When he finds himself stuck, or caught in a hard position, he has a habit of discrediting people he
can think of, that don't owe him money. By discrediting, I mean, he makes up tales, or embellishes the truth. I've seen him doctor pictures before (he's a graphic designer and makes overweight people look like supermodels) and that is incriminating to anyone. I've also heard him reiterate stories that he had no involvement in, just to gain the trust of another person.
Been divorced since 2009, and today, of all days, I've been bombarded with text messages from him and his wife. Wow, they are both mental. I'm trying to work, and I can't stop them from harassment.
The only thing I know to do is save the messages, and turn them over to the authorities, and press charges.
What a creep!
Please, stay away from the narcissistic personality. It will jeopardize your sanity.
